ALL FEES, SALES, PRIZES AND WINNERS ARE FINAL.
For whatever reason due to including but not limited to diminished services, sanctions (personally banned and/or restricted), this SERVICE going down or becoming inactive, any and all FEES paid, sales finalized, purchases made and prizes determined are FINAL and cannot be returned. Faux-naif House, LLC strives to maintain VideosIDo.com but unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect services adversely.

Note: Any Chatroom is in Beta testing to determine it’s feasibility.

Credit Cards:
Purchased made by credit card will be shipped within 72 hours (three business days) after confirmation of  funds deposited. Usually, within three business days after on-line purchases. If the mail date falls on a weekend or holiday, the mail date will be within the next three business days.

Checks:
Purchases made by check will be shipped up to (6) six business days after on-line purchases are made and confirmed. If mail date falls on a weekend or holiday, the mail date will be within the next three business day.

Shipping Methods:
Purchases are shipped regular mail. Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost.

NOTES:
Faux-naif House, LLC strives to maintain VideosIDo.com and ship all items, pay bonuses and/or prizes within the prescribed times outlined above, but due to unforeseen circumstances delays may be experienced.

Prizes:
Faux-naif House, LLC at its sole discretion will use best efforts to verify winners, shipping addresses and payment(s) due if applicable.

NOTE: If incorrect shipping address are made available for shipping, items shipped to such address cannot be replaced at Faux-naif House, LLC’s expense or maybe at all.

All prizes and winners are final, to be determined at the sole discretion of Faux-naif House, LLC.

Returns: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product please contact us or  the third party immediately by email (See “Contact”) with the name of the purchaser, date of purchase, address, product purchased, legible photo of product package in question, amount paid and phone number. It will be replace according to the terms of replacement (if feasible) after verifying, research such purchase records and photos. For incorrect products shipped, the container should not be opened and shipping instructions must be followed when returning said product.

Charge Backs:
Any charge back fee assessed to Faux-naif House, LLC, its advertisers, partners and/or affiliates due to no fault of their own shall be deducted from funds to be returned.
